It depends on what kind of visa you are under. If you are inside Canada on visitor visa, you cannot apply for a new TRV inside Canada. However if you are on study or work visa, you can apply for a TRV inside Canada.post-kt said:

You can bring the baby with you or not. Either way is fine. We had a baby and child with us at the landing interview as well. No issues.nurse2012 said:
