She's a woman. She speaks several languages and she's very fast. Make sure to take cash if you use her service. She is cash only. Her staff was super nice too. Very painless. If you live near the #3 line, you can take that bus all the way to her office building.

Yup you super right , its the Mayfair Building did my x-ray in same building too and blood work at Sunridge since I live in the NE part of Calgary.

Hi dawlex. Same thing happen to me. CIC request another medical report and the doctor decline to do it. Let me know the reply of your letter to the immigration. Good luck

You need to sent them a response stating that you have ALREADY done the medical and send along a copy of the receipt you got from the doctor. Advise them that if you don't hear from them in 30 or 45 days you'll assume they have found your medical and another is not required. Alternatively, send it to them IN WRITING via courier (so you have evidence they received it).

CIC can (and does) lose things...

We are going to try to call other doctors to see the prices,but probably going to see this one in our town because of husbends work we can't realy go to the other towns. Do I have to take form IMM 5419E with me?

I noticed the processing times for inland, despite being updated the last 2 weeks, failed to see a movement in the stage 1 box from October 8th 2012. Anyone else concerned about this? Or are these updates not that reliable either? Although one would think they would be accurate since they do get updated every week.
