Hi
Hello I don’t know if you can still read this but what is the process of reconsideration that you did? I was planniNg to do it
Hi dear, our application was refused October 20th 2022 and we filed for Reconsideration November 10th. What we did was follow the 15 days mark that you would have to follow when going through the federal court.
1. Make sure to get the reasons for decisions (ours were refused based on lack of evidence)
2. Write a cover letter, make sure to tackle every argument and submit lots of evidence to back up when you are saying. (Evidence stands out)
3.submit the cover letter along with evidence to the office that refused your application.

Please note that the officer is not obligated to reconsider his/her decisions so be very courteous in your cover letter.

After requesting for reconsideration, we still updated the file regardless of not hearing back from them it took 4 months (March 6th)for them to respond and when they did they requested medical for me and my daughter then Aip came a month later (April 18th)

I'm here if you have any further questions. With God all things are possible. All the best.

I don’t know if this is too much but can you send me thru email your draft of cover letter so I will know how will I start. I would like to do this I was refused from lack of evidence too, but did you file a JR at the same time? Thank you so much for answering my dillema right now is I don’t have enough funds to cover new applications and lawyer cost as I have been out of status for too long

Hello all.

So I just got a biometrics fee request today. But I had already done biometrics last month for my WP-EXT. Do you think they will refund the fee later?

Pay the fee and if they see that you are already done biometric before they will refund whatever you paid.

Congratulations to all of you guys. Hope ours will be soon
Could you please share with us how did you receive your AIP, if it’s by your email or your lawyer, what is the subject of the email, what did you feel, what it includes, is it a letter attached or just a normal email
Let us imagine the situation so we will not be surprised ^_^
