You're welcome. I Strongly believe that your ECOPR is gonna come very soon because I find Niagara falls office is moving really fast with stage 2
Oh ok, i already did everything except for the PCC that is gonna take 30 days since my embassy doesn’t offer any easy process to obtain it. Rest everything is ready, i am thinking to submit all docs by 15sept, any idea how long its gonna take after?

I finally got my CSQ in QC awaiting final decision only to be told today by IRCC that they are doing background check, anyone knows how long it will take? I got my AIP 2 years ago, it's been a long journey

Have you ever done pcc from your home country? If so then you don't need to do another one since you haven't gone back...you can send them the copy of the expired one if you have it.

I would advice you to submit the documents that you have and notify them that you are waiting on your pcc.

After all the required documents are submitted I would say about 2-3 months for everything to finalize given that there are no labor disruptions.

I did before and sent original to them didnt took a picture of it. Ny lawyer applied for ATIP notes last year regarding PCC and havnt heard from them yet. So they adviced to get new one.

Yikes I wish you had kept a copy that would have saved you all the hassel...anyways am trusting that you will get the pcc soon and your application can be finalized before the Christmas holidays.

Thank you. Yes, that was so foolish of me not to keep a copy of it. Hoping for the best
