H&C rejected refugee

Our refugee claim was rejected, can we apply immediately for H&C if we have kids and one of them is canadian? Or we have to wait for 1 year? I heard that with kids there is an exception. Is that right?

You can appeal but you should have strong evidence

No you can’t. You can only apply for H&C & Federal Appeal at the same time.
