It means that if you and your wife should have a different form ..you should give details about your family and in another sheet you wife should give details about her . If you have a dependent who is older than 18years then he should fill his individual form ..!!

It does not mean you have to go to all the family members to get it filled from each one of them ..!!

Hello,

Glad to see this tread is getting quiet day by day, which means more and more people have got their visa. Congratulations!
Some of us are still waiting for MER or PPR now. But I believe ones who have already got MER are at the last step now.
Want to do a record that how many of us are still waiting for the MER, and when is your medical uploaded. Please keep posted. Thank you!

Good luck to all of us :)

Hey guys,

Just wanted to share an update. The processing times on CIC website were updated this morning and now reflects the latest processing times. CPCO was showing a processing time of 18 months until yesterday. Today it is 11 months. So for all those, like myself, who have been waiting on Decision Made for last few months and were constantly getting no updates from CPCO because we were still within "processing period" can ask for an official update now. I just called their support number and got a confirmation that my application has been approved but they still haven't sent out the decision yet. The representative did not have any estimate as to when the VO will send it but at least I was able to get a confirmation that I was approved. Now its just a matter of time.

For more information on processing times:

That's good, at least now they may give us proper answer regarding the status of the application.
I will call them tomorrow and hopefully I will get a helpful agent.

Hello, does anyone know how to change the mailing address on ECAS?

Is there a form or something to fill out and submit to CIC?

Just got back from the Fedex office in Emeryville. My Passport is back with that beautiful visa stamped in there!!!! :D .....OMG that was quick.

They got my Fedex envelope on the 12th and today just 8 days later I've got everything: CoPR, and stamped visa in Passport. That was indeed shockingly fast and unexpected!! CoPR has a original photo I sent them with the app stuck to it and there are 2 copies CIC copy and applicant copy. Thanks once again to all of you guys for the support during what seemed like an eternity for something to happen. ;D

To all of you waiting at various stages, just hang in there!! As I said before, CPCO is very unpredictable and eventually they get their act together and unexpectedly things just start rolling along!! ;)

They have given me a visa validity till the end of March, when my medical expires. That was good, because I don't plan to "land" until around the 2nd week in February 2016. After about 22 years in the US there are so many things to take care of! In some ways it really is bitter-sweet as I was practically raised here. So many goodbyes to say and so many memories to leave behind ......Oh well!! :P

Thanks Harry for the kind wishes!! ....you are very close behind as well, and before you know it you'll be getting your PPR too! It finally seems like CPCO is moving right along now, and they're serious about closing out the remaining few of us FSW people! ;)

1-888-242-2100 doesn't work if you are in US. At least it didn't work for me. Try 1-613-944-4000 and then a series of 1111131 (when asked to press a digit). This should take you to CIC representatives.

still no MER today ::)
