In these days for CPC-Ottawa, what is the average time between file transfer till medical request?

Just got back from the Fedex office in Emeryville. My Passport is back with that beautiful visa stamped in there!!!! .....OMG that was quick.

Congrats Captain... You are now authorised to fly whenever u want....

i think so.. they would be able to tell you which visa office your file has been transferred too..!!

Thanks. I called CIC today first time. She told that my file is still with CIO. I received AOR 2 weeks ago. So i will wait for a while and then send pcc. I saw some Jan applicants received reminder emails from cio to send the documents hence thinking the file might be processed in sydney or will get transferred to ottawa in the next few weeks (hopefully they dont take months :). Will see how it goes.

Would you explain more what does this line mean.. And at which stage should we get it.. I don't have it, so what does that mean?
I'm a September applicant by the way....

It probably refers to the emails indicating MR/RPRF/PCC etc. Not sure if all the applicants whose cases are still in process will have it or not.

My timeline is as shown in the left:

App filed : November 28th, 2014
PER: February 16, 2015
Medical Req + Right of Permanent Residence Fee : May 27th, 2015
Medical + Right of Permanent Residence Fee done: May 28th, 2015
Third line update (Medical received) : June 15, 2015

Since then I did not hear from them ... I am worried as my friends say that it should only take about 6 weeks between third line update and passport request.

any help ? any one with the same case ?

Well what I know is the time frame is around 2.5 months and not 1.5 months so I think by the end of this month (insha allah) you will get the good news.

Don't worry, Mostafa.
I've a friend who's been waiting for his PPR after TLU for around 90 days.
We can see that we are having no updates at all from Ottawa. neither for TLU nor PPRs.
We hope they shower us with updates very soon inshallah. especially that they have made an express entry draw very few days ago.

Guys just a small question ..is it just me or we haven't seen any TLU in August ..some people are saying CIC has stopped giving TLU ..anyone has a seen a TLU in August ??
