Mine has been uploaded for two weeks (according to the clinic). Nothing yet I note some friends wait for more than a month for the MER

My medicals were conducted on 06/19, according to the Dr's office they were uploaded to the eMedical system on 06/24. I did not get TLU in eCAS until 7/20. Hang in there...for some it just takes longer.

Is there anyone left in the few 2014 program who hasn't got a MR ..I think they have finished with MR to everyone atleast in CPCO ..so now everyone is waiting for the next steps !!

Can you please help me clarify couple of questions what CPCO asked my wife recently..

Travel History Info Form: Information on your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose)
including citizenship and resident document information. (We have all her travel history which I believe I've submitted before but not sure why they are asking again but I was wondering what would be including citizenship and resident document info)?

Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family Information
form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures Please include new baby. (I also remember submitting this form when I applied for her sponsorship application but they asked for it again but I've a hard time understanding his question as mentioned in the form do I need to ask her family members to fill out the info by them self and get signed?

Please help me understand these questions and what to send as an answer..

Listen you don't have to worry about this ..they generally ask this if by mistake you have left any details for example if you have missed some months in the travel history .since you earlier had not mentioned that you were denied a visa (I think it was you ) so just give them all the details required and for the second part just fill up the sheet with all the correct information and make sure there are no descripencies ..
