I got the Pre Arrival in GC Key Account from NDVO on 25th July but this new email is something new that CIC has started I feel.

Nothing much, the email entails names of few service providers which are free of cost and just says be prepared before you land in Canada. Was sent from IRCC.

My spouse who is PA, had received Invitation to Pre Arrival Services on the 25th of July and today 24th of August she has received an email for utilizing the Pre Arrival Services blah blah Has anyone else received an email?

I got an email from Miss VO that my file has been forwarded to Delhi for further processing on 12th April which was a Friday. On 15th April I saw a new line added on ECAS stating: We have started processing your file.....however I did not get any email from NDVO.
