Original Documents not yet received back! Kindly help!!

Hello guys,

It has been almost a month that my spouse sent the original docs from India, as per the request letter from CIC, however she has not yet received it back?

Kindly advise if anyone has similar experience?

Note: The file was trf from Mississauga to Delhi after they recvd the originals.

If I'm not mistaken you get them back at the end of the process and you request them. But someone else can correct or confirm.
