Hi,deep37 said:Dear Friends,
I am in the process of preparing my documents. I have my IELTS score and WES report with me. Please help me with below queries:
1) My current employer has denied to issue me any work experience letter for immigration purpose. Please help me what can I do about this. I do have the offer letter, Appointment letter, salary slips with me. Is there anything I can do with these.
2) Is there any specific format for birth cettificate. I have not applied for the same yet.
3) I can see that I am eligible to apply under 2 different occupations. I need to know if I can include all the documents for both occupations in the same envelope and forward it to CIC or do I need to prepare the application set independently.
Please help me. TIA.
Regards,
Deep
1. Offer letters, pay stubs etc will serve as supporting documents, but you need to get your job duties signed and approved by someone from you company, who has seen you performing the duties. If letterhead is not available , you may have them written on plain paper. Ensure full contact details of the person who is signing the document. Also explain separately on a cover letter, why the duties are not available on letterheads.
2. For Birth Certificates, there is fixed format for each country. You may take the certificate as issued by the relevant authority of your country.
3.If I have a year of work experience in more than one eligible federal skilled worker job, can I apply more than once?
Yes. You can apply as many times as you like, under the same immigration program or different programs. But, you must pay a separate application fee each time.
