i found 4 descripencies as per my knowledge:
1. self attested job duties may not be acceptable to cic. atleast get it from colleagues
2. no need to include forms which r not applicable to u.
3. affidavit of birth should be from both parents (mothers and father)
4. joint account with parents is not acceptable to cic.

Thankyou Soudkhan for your response on this however my apprehensions are as below:

3. affidavit of birth should be from both parents (mothers and father): I read from some other members in the forum that there is no need of an affidavit at all if my high school certificate mentions the name of my mother, father and also my DOB. I am anyway attaching this document as an additional document
4. joint account with parents is not acceptable to cic.: Ok, then in that case will the short term deposits in my name solve the purpose. But these deposits are for short term only and may be depleted in the times to come. If called for funds requirement, I can provide enough funding evidences but as of now they are not available. What do you suggest in that case.

Any other discrepancy if any other seniors can highlight, I will be grateful

Educational Documents name :KANNAPPAN N

Actually to me what WES wanted to know that whether there is any different names in educational documents - I think for your case, it is no.

If you want to have same name in the educational documents as well as WES certificate, you can say no.

If you want to have KANNAPPAN NACHIAPPAN in WES certificate, if there is any comment field (forget as did it two years ago), write full name in the application but give comment that the last name is given as initial in the educational documents.

Also ensure in the form that you put the other name as KANNAPPAN N.

Dear Friends,
I am in the process of preparing my documents. I have my IELTS score and WES report with me. Please help me with below queries:
1) My current employer has denied to issue me any work experience letter for immigration purpose. Please help me what can I do about this. I do have the offer letter, Appointment letter, salary slips with me. Is there anything I can do with these.
2) Is there any specific format for birth cettificate. I have not applied for the same yet.
3) I can see that I am eligible to apply under 2 different occupations. I need to know if I can include all the documents for both occupations in the same envelope and forward it to CIC or do I need to prepare the application set independently.

Please help me. TIA.

your Visa office is London and you have to write just "London" in IMM0008
