Dear Friends,
I am in the process of preparing my documents. I have my IELTS score and WES report with me. Please help me with below queries:
1) My current employer has denied to issue me any work experience letter for immigration purpose. Please help me what can I do about this. I do have the offer letter, Appointment letter, salary slips with me. Is there anything I can do with these.
2) Is there any specific format for birth cettificate. I have not applied for the same yet.
3) I can see that I am eligible to apply under 2 different occupations. I need to know if I can include all the documents for both occupations in the same envelope and forward it to CIC or do I need to prepare the application set independently.

Please help me. TIA.

Hi,

1. Offer letters, pay stubs etc will serve as supporting documents, but you need to get your job duties signed and approved by someone from you company,who has seen you performing the duties. If letterhead is not available , you may have them written on plain paper. Ensure full contact details of the person who is signing the document.Also explain separately on a cover letter, why the duties are not available on letterheads.

2. For Birth Certificates, there is fixed format for each country. You may take the certificate as issued by the relevant authority of your country.

3.If I have a year of work experience in more than one eligible federal skilled worker job, can I apply more than once?

Yes. You can apply as many times as you like, under the same immigration program or different programs. But, you must pay a separate application fee each time.

Thats correct.

Be extra careful when filling the Additional Family information form.

The form asks for “Applicant” and not “Principal Applicant“. Take care of it when filling the form. You, as a Principal applicant will write your name in “Applicant” Column and you will write your wife/husbands name in “Spouse” column.

Similarly, when your spouse is filling the form, he/she will write his/her name in the “Applicant” row & your name in the “Spouse“.

For both forms, you will write your kids details [if any], or will sign the declaration at the bottom of second section for no kids.

The last table will be filled separately by the two of you with your own siblings.

Right, both of you as applicant has to fill 5669 and 5406. Mention your husband as principal applicant in 5406 when filling his family info.

- did not included the self addressing labels from our experts it doesn't effect ur application
- forgot to write the catagory number in the envelope again, when cic open ur application they will find out ur noc and all documents so dont worry

Yes But My DD was taken by my agent and not able to trace it. without giving their personal information.

And By AUG 5th my DD will expire thats why I am worried.

Thank you very much. One truly last Question ;D ;D ;D: do we have to turn in the matriculation (grade 9 and 10) result card also. We are turning in the higher secondary marksheet and result card (grade 11 and 12).

Based on the above scenario, you can say, ECAS update is not FIFO bases - rather it is random.

So get chilled. No updating of ECAS does not meant your application has been rejected.
