I think, her husband was kidding ;D . In last year, none was selected after 11 am on 5th January. If he was true, we would have seen many applications were accepted all through the days.

Yup, agreed. There is no new info with the revised form.

The old and the new form got the same information. Few years back, in 2013 FSW application, a revised form was added at the last day with probably with only one new added information with the form. So they reject the application. For PGP 2016, as both the forms contain the same information...
