Quebec applicants applying under FSW ,what did you answer to the question 'when did you apply for CSQ' as this area automatically becomes gray? Is it wise to mention application submission date after print out of this form and if not why this part is grayed out if they really need information regarding this ?

Need a suggestion

I have the transcripts from the University for ECA submission to WES, I have 2 queries regarding the placement of form and certificates?

Should I keep the photocopy of Degree certificate in a separate envelop or take a big envelop and put the sealed transcripts and copy of degree certificate in it.and send it to WES .

Where the Academic request form be kept, inside the University envelop or outside of it ?

Please guide.

To save courier expense, you can put this two envelopes into the courier's large envelop/package; WES accepts this. I have done this; one of my friend done this. Ultimately, WES will revert to your university for verification whatever way you send.

Guys i have a query

My wife is Mathematics teacher in the college. Are we eligible to apply under NOC 4011??

Possibly no. NOC 4011 is for University professors and lecturers. To me her applicable NOC is 4021 College and other vocational instructors which is currently not in the list of eligible 50 NOCs.

As per the 4011 responsibilities, one should teach undergraduate and graduate students. My wife is teaching undergraduate students and performs the activities which are mentioned in 4011 NOC. Shall we go for 4011 or not??

Her designation is Lecturer(Assistant Professor) and she teaches Mathematics to BCA students.

If she's an assistant lecturer/professor,she is/may be qualified.
Compare her job descriptions with NOC 4012 job descriptions.

Dear All:

Thanks for having this forum, I'm new to the forum as I stumble upon it after submitting my FSW 2014 applications and trying to get the feelings about the FSW program. I'll like to ask a question and I'll like someone with experience with the workings at the CIC to shed more light for me.

I applied for the FSW 2013 but was capped out and my package returned with the CIO stamp and given a UCI no. I already sent across my application for the FSW 2014 under the NOC 2131 and had already been received, this NOC is different to the one I applied for earlier (NOC 2263). I did not include the UCI no in the new application because I checked the on CIC's CAS system but did not return any information about me. My question is not putting the UCI no as well as applying under another occupation despite the fact that the letters are from the same company, and the employment timing are the same would have any implications on my application as I got to know earlier today about GCMS that stores personal information relating to clients that includes client identification (i.e., family name and given names, gender, date of birth, country of birth, etc.), contact information and history, educational and employment information.

What is the basis for occupation job duties or title (designation) provided by organization ? I am titled sr. Software engineer but my duties match with those of database analysts and data administrator (NOC 2172). So what occupation do I specify for question no 12.b (schedule 3 application form) or in another form also where it say current occupation -is it database analysts and data administrator or senior software engineer? I know that I have to answer as database analysts and data administrator noc 2172 for 12.a .
Seniors please clear my doubts..

What is the best option (Only 2 applicants Husband and Wife only- For two applicants POF required is CAD$ 14720)

1. Submit only my bank statement which is just 1 month old and all the money CAD$15000 came into my account with in a period of 20 days from my own foreign account.

2. Submit (option 1) + my spouse bank statement which has CAD$ 20000 from 1.5 year.

will there be any problem if i select option 2, as my account and spouse account has more than enough amount for two applicants. (double amount)

Which is the good bank to prepare DD in Nepal ? Is it alright to make DD from any bank that supports CAD ?

Q12a should be your intended NOC with any of the name assigned to it in the 2011NOC directory.
Q12b should be your current designation or tittle even if the title is not same with q12a tittle.
Remember that CIC will evaluate all the job descriptions you listed out in q12b against the job descriptions of the NOC code selected by you in q12a.
Always know for sure that it's not about job tittle or designation,its your job descriptions that matters.
