It is difficult to digest when people received PER in August getting MRs and applicants like me who received PER in 3rd 4th June are waiting....... Did some research today, reached to a conclusion, not sure how correct........ There is following pattern in which NDVO sending MRs...

Unable to understand how NDVO is working, they have started with 5th and 7th applicants while keeping 1st and 2nd may applicants waiting ???????

Once the hot categories got capped situation will change, because there are few categories which receive only few applications. In my opinion cic will receive aprox 7000-8000 applications for fsw2014

Both candidates are with NOC 2173, I think there may be different Visa Officers for different categories and may be applications for 2173 are assigned to different VOs presently, picture will be clear in next 10 to 15 days....

I wish they accept that......lol......

Lot of applicants said that ndvo is fastest however they are working slowest. My aprehensions are that they might not be able to complete the process in two years. As i already said that thay are atleast going to receive 4000 aprox application. They should atleast send 5 MRs per day to complets...

Oscar7 I think the rejected cases may be after receiving PER. They may not be counting files returned or with NER.

Dear Oscar7 NDVO is not active presently, in my opinion total of around 10000 to 15000 applications may be received by CIC for 2014-15. NDVO is going to receive atleast 3500 to 4000 out of them. They need to send atleast 10 MRs per day to clear them in one year and 5 MRs per day to clear in two...

To the best of my knowledge any visitor visa is max 6 months stay. In case of multiple entry you are stamped at the port of entry for max six months. No doubt you can ask for extension but in extraordinary circumstances only... Work permit can only be granted after getting job... You cannot...

Dear visitor visa is for six months even with multiple entry you cannot stay for more than six months. However for selecting cpco you should be legally entered in canada for atleast one year. You cannot select cpco with tourist visa

I think PCC is required for the address which you mentioned in your application, where you are living from last one year......... Have your got your status change in ECAS??
