I actually filled this forms in July itself am I in trouble ?


No, you'll be fine Thomas1987 since you filed out and sent your application in July.

If form get updated and application is in transit it is ok. But I suppose he filled out form in July, and sent his application sometime in August, and reached CIO on 22 August, 2014. Now do you see a problem there?? His application was mailed after forms were updated. Thanks for -1 though.

I am an indian CA having 8 years of experience (including 3 years of articleship experience) and I hold graduation degree too. I want to know how many points do i get for my work experience and for my education. WES evaluated my education as two bachelor's degree (3years) with following brief :-

1. BCOM
Entry requirement :- Secondary
2. CA
Entry requirement :- Bachelor's

Dear,

WES assess the CA degree as bachelor, so in this case you have two bach. degrees so for that you can have 23 points,

and your articleship duties are matching to your NOC description too. in that case you will have full 15 points else 13 points.

I am also having same case like you. I have claimed 23 & 15 points.

2 Bachelors can fetch at the most 22 points, not 23. See this http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/ECA_table_EN.pdf

23 points are for Masters.

Whether CA Priyanka has been assessed to have two Bachelors will be indicated by the WES Summary statement. Looking at the entry requirements, I doubt that is the case.

Talk someone in the Foreign Exchange department only and also refer to the below comments:

Hi,

My Application reached CIC on 13-May; and I took DD from Royal Bank of Scotland.

To my previous msgs - people in this forum confirmed that International DD's would be valid till 6months.

I could not able to get any info from my bank. As they keep on stating that DD's are 3 months valid

Now I am afraid of my situation as I dint get any mail as well

Frens, can someone tell me if my DD is not valid - what will CIC do?? does they send my application back??

God, never helped me in my life, and he still seems to be continuing that

I am very sorry to hear your application has been rejected. I can see in the SS there was no IELTS submited for the spouse.. With your next application, you may be able compensate lost points on experience with those of your spouse language ability?
