I was filling the additional family information and encountered the following query ?
I am married and hence i filled up the one form with myself as applicant along with my additional family members.
But how to fillup additional members of my wife's family - Do I have to specify Not applicable where relationship is applicant and fillup spouse details with mine with her father/mother/son and brothers/sisters details provided? OR do i have to specify the details of my wife as applicant itself ?
Seniors please help me remove this dialemma!!!

Dear All I have some queries regarding the payment form:

1. payment should be made for "Receiver General of Canada" or "The Receiver General of Canada"?

2. Im paying by bank draft and through my own bank account. So in Section A Name of payer , address of payer N/A should be written or blank?

3.At the end of Section B beside the signature of the cardholder box ,there is a box for date. As I am paying by bank draft , do I need to type date there? or is it only for cardholder?

Please advise

When you are filling, you are the applicant and give your all details.

When your wife is filling, she is the applicant and will fill her details.

Go to this link http://www.wes.org/ca/fswp/requireddocuments/ , select your country, and from there, download the documents (http://www.wes.org/ca/required/International_Transcript_Request.pdf)

Yes, you should include: one copy with transcript and another copy with certificate.

Anywhere. However, the designated medical testing center must be approved by CIC.

Does Education points all depends on WES report? Like if WES comments- Canadian equivalency Summary: Bachelor's degree than will get 22 and if the report says- Canadian equivalency Summary- Master's degree than will get 23!
I have a MBA but some people saying WES report may say my education is referring to Bachelors based on their assessment!
So just waiting to see what they write in my report!!

Anyone from india need guide about wes here is my experience
My report is about to receive on 28. By inter courier.
I have done bsc and mca .my mca is eqivalent to Canadian master.
I get 23 points for the same.
Here is procedure.
Bsc :all mark sheet.exam 1 year 2 and 3.
rovisional degree certi
:final degree certi
All photocopies I have given to university .they just stamped controller of exam.and sign along with date.
Placed in green envelope and stamped on backside with sign on it
University will verify with originals .

Same I done for mca.and they has given me both envelope
I have put both envelope in another big green envelope along with online receipt of wes fee payment that contain my reference no.and on big envelope I mentioned to :wes adreess and from:my name my adress my reference no . That's it and send by fedex .
University required you to pay fees for Atestation just paid them.
