If your read the form it says "primary occupation and corresponding four digit 2011 NOC code THAT WILL BE USED TO ASSESS whether your application meets the minimum program requirements" SO I think it clear that focus on the work experience that you will used for your application.

In the schedule 3 economic classes I have a question regarding what I would be filling in
12a and 12b

I have worked in 3 companies. The one which I work right now has a designation Business Process consultant.
The job duties match with 2171 and they have given me experience letter with roles & responsibilites
In the previous company my designation was Package solution Consultant
The job duties match with 2171 and they have given me experience letter with roles & responsibilites
The first company I worked , the designation was Operations Officer.
The job duties match with code 2133. They did not provide any detailed experience letter.

So what should I put in question 12a ? Should I put my designation as Information Technology Consutant
And in 12 b the actual designations which I have in my experience letter.

Even for the envelope, it has a dimensional (9" x 12") requirements. Sadly, my documents doesn't fit to the required size due to its supporting document. Will they understand if I use a bigger one or will it be a grounds for disqualification too?

u can use bigger size to fit the papers safety. Safty of paperes more important than size of envelope.

Few questions regarding POF:
1. Can Account statement showing investment in mutual funds qualify as evidence? (the units can be sold any time we want to). Account statement is issued by the fund manager which is a company.
2. We have some foreign currency not in bank account, can that be used somehow?
3. We have some gold jewelry in our bank locker? can we attach pictures or some letter showing value of gold?

Please guide.

only liquid cash, doller, bank balance, cettificate are valid with statemnt from the official institute or bank. Jewls, proprty, bonds etc r not proof of funds

From my previous experience last year, if any one forgot to send any document, he should re-submit the complete application. I forgot one application and i resent it again , they returned it back and didn't attach it with my file

Hi,

In my university, they suggest to enter marks in a Transcript Marks form (Combined marklist) and get it signed from Registrar. Is that sufficient for WES evaluation or do we need to attest each and every single semester marklist separately ?

My guess is that you do not qualify since you currently do not work in Canada despite your work permit.
For you to qualify with your work permit,An employer must have made you a permanent job offer based on you being accepted as a skilled worker.
and
The employer has a positive Labour Market Opinion from HRSDC.

I received my permit in June however due to some reason i left Ontario to come back to India in August.
So i guess i will apply without any positive confirmations on this.

Anybody here who graduated from a college associated with Mumbai University? My friend is at the Department of Student Welfare, Churchgate right now to get my bachelor degree transcripts and certificate attested on my behalf. Apparently they've handed him a token number and its already past 2pm. Would it still be worth waiting considering they say one should be there between 11am to 2pm for attestation work? or should he just return? He reached there 11:30am today so I don't see how making another trip next time will help him if they are too crowded like this?

Also in case they verify the photocopies with the originals and insist on leaving the copies for attestation, what is the norm of having them back? My friend will have to visit them again for collection or they will deliver to my/his home address? If its collection in person then how can he confirm prior to making his visit that DSW has done the required attestation completely? Any phone number he can call on or email seeking status??

Will the DSW attest all my transcripts although only two from the last year were awarded by them directly and first four ensuing from the first two years of exams held by college in-house or will I have to get first 4 attested by my college principal?

Hey I also at your level. But I Google it and found one site results.ielts.org and put my details. I found it but when I call the costomer care they reply that there is no authentication about this result. I am totally confused now because I got 5.5 in writing and just one hope that when idp has declare the result it may change. Any one has face this type of issue.

Hi All,

Pl help with the below queries:

1. My birth certificates is issued by High Commission of India, Singapore. Hope this is acceptable by CIC.

2. In my spouse birth certificate, firstly only first name is mentioned for him and his both the parents and secondly his father name spelling is different which mentioned in his passport and other documents.

3. I filled my all the form by using adobe but in some places I used pen to mentioned N/A and also write the address in the box which is not coming by using adobe. Will they will reject my application because I used both things

Hello experts,

I've a query regarding Eligible Occupations:

In order to successfully claim 'Work Experince' points in 'Eligible Occupations,' do we need to fulfill BOTH of the following conditions [as given on National Occupational Classifaction (NOC)] or one of those may also serve the purpose:

1) Main Duties
2) Employment Requirements

In my case, I have exactly same JOB DESCRIPTIONS / MAIN DUTIES but unfortunately don't have required/relevant qualifications as mentioned under 'Employment Requirement'

I NEED EXPERT OPINION PLEASE!
