Do you have valid Job offer (with LMO)? if yes you dont need to show funds and also the CAP does not matter. you can just apply for PR.

No, I am going to Canada on a intra company transfer for 1 year, So the offer is from the same employer but in Canadian payroll. Also since it is intra company the offer is exempted from LMO process. It is not a permanent offer letter

I am just trying to explain them that I am going to arrive in Canada in July, so exempt me from funds requirement. But not sure if that will accept this request.

So i will ask my transcripts to be sent to CIC directly ? I am going to read and fill this app in this week.

In immigration file, specially which is slightly away from normal, it is always discretion of Visa Officer to allow that exception or not. Logically in your case he should allow such exception as you already have visa and you will be there in Canada only.. best luck..

I do have my degree Certificate

I will try and download my transcripts from website just in case to attach a printout of the same.

BUT, i hold a work permit presently till 10th June and i hope to send my PR application by this time since i can skip ECA check ? ;D

Hi,

I have applied for FSW and my file was received on 14th but I noticed that I forgot to mention Visa office and in form 3 I have made some tick errors (instead of more than 1 year less than 2 year i ticked more than 3 and less than 4 year).

Now should I resubmit my application (Before any Rejection mail from CIC) again or wait ?? any experience please suggest something.

Anybody knows the NOC code for a small business owner? I am basically trying to set up a small online store and don't know what NOC to put in there. That NOC is not the basis for my application, so it doesn't have to be exact. I just don't want to make stuff up on the application, so looking for an NOC code for this.

My guess is that you do not qualify since you currently do not work in Canada despite your work permit.
For you to qualify with your work permit,An employer must have made you a permanent job offer based on you being accepted as a skilled worker.
and
The employer has a positive Labour Market Opinion from HRSDC.

I suggest you resend your app to CIC. I am actually in the same situation. And I sent my second one to them.

In the schedule 3 economic classes I have a question regarding what I would be filling in
12a and 12b

I have worked in 3 companies. The one which I work right now has a designation Business Process consultant.
The job duties match with 2171 and they have given me experience letter with roles & responsibilites
In the previous company my designation was Package solution Consultant
The job duties match with 2171 and they have given me experience letter with roles & responsibilites
The first company I worked , the designation was Operations Officer.
The job duties match with code 2133. They did not provide any detailed experience letter.

So what should I put in question 12a ? Should I put my designation as Information Technology Consutant
And in 12 b the actual designations which I have in my experience letter.

Few questions regarding POF:
1. Can Account statement showing investment in mutual funds qualify as evidence? (the units can be sold any time we want to). Account statement is issued by the fund manager which is a company.
2. We have some foreign currency not in bank account, can that be used somehow?
3. We have some gold jewelry in our bank locker? can we attach pictures or some letter showing value of gold?

Please guide.
