Hi everyone,
Can anyone help me out with info about the applications, my application was received at CIC on 26th Aug-14. From then there is no info abt my application, even I even don't know my DD status. Can any one help me get out of this pool of tension..?

1. If applying under Tatkal, then definitely one gets a Police Verification, and Tatkal applications are accepted with a letter/signature of a gadgeted officer/legal authority.
2. Normal application depends on case to case, might be police verification or might be not. (one of the factor could be is a passport if issued within 3 months, not verification comes within this time gap - dont know about other states - this is for ahmedabad)

2. Its not mandatory to renew now, it can be also done before PPR (immediately after Medicals/RPRF done)

Hi Guys ...

One Question: How much time NDVO gives us to submit Passport after sending PPR, is it 45 days like MR or less ?

Actually, I am in a dilemma. I got MR/RPRF/PCC request on 30th Oct. I am ready with all 3 (MR/RPRF/PCC) now. But, I have time till 14th Dec (i.e., 45days after MR). The reason because of which I am thinking of waiting till the end, is that my Passport is going to expire on 21st, July 2015. Though, I am applying for Passport Renewal under Tatkaal scheme and my Present address is my Permanent Address as mentioned in old passport (i.e., police verification may be waived), still I am not sure how long Passport Office is going to take.

Guys, please help me in deciding, whether, I shud submit MR/RPRF/PCC asap and donot worry abt passport renewal, as I will sufficient time before & after PPR.....OR, I shud apply for Passport Renewal & hold MR/RPRF/PCC till the end (like, 40th Day after MR).

PLEASE SUGGEST !!!

You submit your MR/RPRF/PCC asap and in the meantime, renew your passport.

Suggest you not to wait till PPR email,
As soon as you are done with Medicals/PPC/RPRF submission, next day you can start PP renewal. PPR email will be around 45-50 days. So you can have new pp before PPR email.

but you know, the first company i worked for, denied to issue me the documents like referral letter from the company , for which i've sent the denial mail sent by them along with my all other documents. So will this create any issue? rest all other documents are available and sent.

Post marriage my wife got personal details changed in her new passport.

1. Change in Surname
2. Change in Address
3. Addition of Spouse name.

Do you thing that change in surname will create an issue? I am 11 sept applicant and submitted her documents based on previous passport.

Do I need to fill all CIC forms again and submit them? If yes, then when.

I am still waiting for my PER.

Kindly suggest.
