I also saw some 16th Dec getting charged in 2-3 pages back. One was NOC 2131 and another was unknown

Thanks Jaxon911 But the challenge is that there is no charging happening for 2171 post reaching cap........ And waiting should not lead to ending of other noc as well.... But again filling application will be a pain...

Hello Guys.... Is 2nd week 2171 applicant still in race or we should start working on Express Entry...... Payment mode is: DD. Is it that CC is given preference over DD or both are treated as same. First come first serve basis?

Same Situation but the ECAS showing - We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. What should I infer from this line. Is it that they have not opened my application till now or I will receive a new UCI number - I am 11th Sept applicant.
