I would defer this point what vind said.. Asset can never be zero
ASSETS is total asset plus settlement fund.. in this case, if he has no asset, its advisable to put settlement fund amoumt in asset.liabilities as zero..

Yes thanks slam... my bad.... assets would be the settelment funds in this case. Thoigh leaving them blank or NA wouldn't harm the application in any way, I did same ... i didn't write anything in assets and liabilities but got PER.

Since VO already have our PP details ,then why they ask for PP copy alongwith MR,PCC,RPRF?

to recheck whether the passport is having validity or not {6 month} , and they issue PPR

I earlier applied for 2171 NOC and my file was received on October 16... Thinking it will not be in the CAP, m planning to re-apply for NOC 2172 now.. Please advice that if I apply till December 2nd week, whether I will be in for it or not?? Seniors plzzz advice..

Sit back for 90 days now...Your next step will start only after 90-100 days from now. Then you will receive your MR.

Apply – Federal skilled workers
Note: As of May 1, 2014, there is an overall cap of 25,500 for new federal skilled worker applications. This includes a cap of 500 applications from PhD students. There are also sub-caps of 1,000 for each of the 50 eligible occupations. The caps do not affect people with a valid job offer. These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015.

Sending more than one application does not increase your chances of being accepted for permanent residence. All eligible applications received before January 1st will be considered for processing based on current guidelines. Fees will be charged for each one.

Warning:Can all applicants act accordingly and send their applications early enough knowing fully well that courier delivery will experience a lot of hassles during the white snow Christmas period.If you want your application to be delivered before 01/01/2015,you must target 1st to 2nd week Dec.2014 submission.Good luck people.

Guys I sent my application 2 days back. Today I found that I did a mistake!

I gave the translated and notarized copy of my marriage certificate but didn't give "an affidavit from the person who completed the translation" as mentioned the instruction.

Please note that my spouse is the Primary applicant and I showed my bank balance.

Will it be a big harm now? I am assuming case officer would ask for this kind of missing documents (If we can catch the cap) but application shouldn't be rejected.

No dude CIO will not ask for any missing document.

As you have missed translator affidavit, you should send an addendum to be on safer side. Though we have seen some people got PER without translater affidavit, but its a risk, it is clearly mentioned in documents checklist and if your file come to the hands of some nuts head.

if you are planning to send than plan before or late by 18th dec , via DHL, or FEDEX , you can apply in Multiple NOC make sure that you apply within the cap
