Hi Guys ...

One Question: How much time NDVO gives us to submit Passport after sending PPR, is it 45 days like MR or less ?

Actually, I am in a dilemma. I got MR/RPRF/PCC request on 30th Oct. I am ready with all 3 (MR/RPRF/PCC) now. But, I have time till 14th Dec (i.e., 45days after MR). The reason because of which I am thinking of waiting till the end, is that my Passport is going to expire on 21st, July 2015. Though, I am applying for Passport Renewal under Tatkaal scheme and my Present address is my Permanent Address as mentioned in old passport (i.e., police verification may be waived), still I am not sure how long Passport Office is going to take.

Guys, please help me in deciding, whether, I shud submit MR/RPRF/PCC asap and donot worry abt passport renewal, as I will sufficient time before & after PPR.....OR, I shud apply for Passport Renewal & hold MR/RPRF/PCC till the end (like, 40th Day after MR).

PLEASE SUGGEST !!!

I would suggest better get your passport renewed in TATKAL & then send to NDVO with MR, PCC & RPRF

Sometimes a Heavy rain starts with a Drizzling too.. as number of applicants waiting for PPR is huge.. so it is gonna be really a Heavy Rain

first Book an appointment @ PSK for PCC, you will not get an appointment as per your requirements, So do it immediately, before its late. GuDLuK

Yeah Actually People are eagerly waiting to get drenched.. as they are bearing (suffering) the waiting period

It does not work in this way.

You have made payment RPRF, in the pool account of NDVO. After payment you have got Receipt with UNIQUE IDENTIFIER NO.
Now your duty is to write your details along with UCI no.. and send PCC and MR acknowledgement to NDVO. they will see your receipt and then link.

1. If applying under Tatkal, then definitely one gets a Police Verification, and Tatkal applications are accepted with a letter/signature of a gadgeted officer/legal authority.
2. Normal application depends on case to case, might be police verification or might be not. (one of the factor could be is a passport if issued within 3 months, no verification comes within this time gap - dont know about other states - this is for ahmedabad)

2. Its not mandatory to renew now, it can be also done before PPR (immediately after Medicals/RPRF done)

I would suggest better get your passport renewed in TATKAL & then send to NDVO with MR, PCC & RPRF

Hi anyone has experience applying Canadian PCC without using third party for digital fingerprint? Visa office Singapore advised me to send the original fingerprint along with their letter directly to RCMP but I read from the website it may take up to 22wks for manual processing. So worried ???

Bro I dont think they do not accept Manual Submissions anymore, you have to go through authorized external agencies for digital fingerprinting who then submit it to the RCMP. I believe SGVO has got it wrong here or an error from their end. Cheers!!

No But I have stamped Proof of delivery of NDVO. I dont think anyone receives such communication. If you have got pls highlight. I will also write to them.
