Yes, i did.. dont forget to raise CSE {case specific enquiry) @NDVO to give them attention, and attach soft copies of courier receipt and FBI report as proof of submission I got my PPR within a week of raising CSE .. GOod Luck

Had same issue... wifes name was misspelt... whats important is the UCI number... not the name on that medical form..So i just went with it.. No CSE or anythn.. I got my " Medicals Received" line within days.. This is a non issue - so forget about it.

I have it in hand.. ( delivered to US Address within 7 working days,, and then my contact shipped it to me.. ).. I will submit it if i dont get FBI report within 15 days of my deadline.

I have read many old cases on this forum where VO has accepted State Clearances as an "alternative".. When someone is unable to get FBI report bcos of bad fingerprints/slow response from FBI.. But this should be put accoss to the VO nicely - with proof of submission to FBI and other other...

o_o you do know NDVO gave us 45 day entension rite..! But i guess,, if they acknowledge fbi problem,, they will give more such extensions if the need be. Good Luck to us All!!
