Hi, i have one question regarding to Statutory Declaration.
As my employer is not willing to provide letter with my job duties and responsibilities, i am planning to do Statutory Declaration from the colleague where i am working.
My question is that:
Do i need to mention the Salary? According to the company's policy, we can't disclose the salary with company staff.And if i mention the salary we may have some issue in future, so i am not planning to mention that part in SD.
So, would that be fine or is that compulsion to mention the salary?
Also, do i need to send salary slips from past employer as well?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
