I struggled with this too because I've made so many trips and cannot remember the exact length in days of many of them. I had to use an annexure because there wasn't enough space on the form, so at the top of the annexure I made a note that all trip lengths are accurate to within 3 days and are to the best of my recollection. This was on the advice of my immigration attorney. I suggest not intentionally omitting any travel.felixtae said:Does anyone know how accurate the travel history needs to be? There are no entry/exit stamps in my passport(s) to Hong Kong. And, visa to Taiwan is issued on a separate paper for residents in Hong Kong, which was collected upon departure. I could only use my memory and collections of old air tickets and boarding cards to reconstruct my travel history. And, starting sometimes in the last 15 years, the year was no longer printed on either the air ticket or the boarding cards. I may mixed up the dates for some of the trips. (I assumed travel history was only for travels outside home country and country of residents - so I skipped a bunch of those trips between Hong Kong and USA.) Does anyone have any ideas on these? Thanks ahead.
