One of the features of FSW2014 spreadsheet is that user his/herself can make changes through a saved link. It will make the spreadsheet self-sustainable with minimal human intervention.

If it is not too inconvenient,

1. please give your input again through http://tinyurl.com/FSW14-Entry;

2. After successful entry into the form, you will be redirected to a page. Please click on the "Edit your response"

3. Now you will redirected to another page, where you will find all your current entry in a from. For change or add entry in future either bookmark the page or copy and save the address from the address bar.

After you give entry, there will be double entry for you. We will remove the old entry.

Is there any specific Email id where we can send the form as an attachment or sending courier again is only way out?

You can't send by mail.
Even if you send by courier.....you just have to hope and pray cic treats it.

I am really frustrated about WES.

Still university didnt get any verification request from WES but they updated the status "Waiting for the verification from institution" from 2nd May

I have prepared all documents but Cant send it because of ECA report.

Anyone please suggest what to do

Iam also waiting for WES assessment result ...All we can say us is to cross our fingers as iam in the hottest ones NOC

nope. if it reached CIC, and its missing a form, your file will be probably returned. sorry. they would not attach it to your initial application, even if you send it by courier with an explanation letter. well, this is at least my last year experience.

My NOC is 2133.

Can anybody send me a copy of reference letter for NOC 2133? You can delete personal details from it.

I heard, if applicant had UCI, they can send the missing documents with a cover letter mentioning reason for missing, the Name of Applicant, DOB, UCI, passport number and CIC accepts for few case. If you don't have UCI, most likely you can't do anything but to wait for the package to return. In any case, you can send the missing documents with covering letter and test your luck.

Another option could be send a new application with a covering letter. I read in the forum, 2nd copy of IELTS is possible and you must have one copy of WES in your hand. Also take the opinion of other forum members.
