2. If WES report says Bachelors 4 years , then it will fetch you 21 points. No problem.

I need your urgent suggestion plzzzzz.
I am going to apply for NOC "Industrial Instrumentation & Technician"
As i am working in same occupation.

Now question is
My Master's in Arts is from "Recognized Institute" but My "Diploma in Instrumentation & Technology" from Non recognized institute as per Education Credential Assessment.

But Assessment showing Canadian equivalency is Bachelors 4 years from recognized institute.

My NOC education is from Non Recognized. Will it create any problem?

as you said that the assessment shows it equivalent to 4 years from a recognized institute then don't worry, just send it and it will be fine. cio doesn't give imp to ur degrees and other certificates, they only look for wat eca says......your case is good to go.

bro i applied for fsw in 2008 jan as retail buyer noc 6222 but my case was terminated due to injustice of cic...now i have applied under noc 0113 purchase manager...what are my chances to get through?i m self employed and now applied as purchase manager.. i have sent my documents on 15 sep..

I think you should be fine, as your application was in transit when it changed. Some of us are in deeper sh$t. I sent the old generic application form and submitted my app in August now at the mercy of CIC

CIC is also POS. they dont wihdraw money.. so limit is 100000

Regarding PCC, i was a bit confused with what is mentioned in the website VS checklist.
WEBSITE: Who needs a police certificate?

In general, you and all the people in your family who are 18 or older need to get a police certificate. You must get one from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18.

The certificate must be issued no more than three months before you apply.

CHECKLIST:
Note: Police certificates are generally considered to be valid for one year from date of issue; therefore depending on the processing time of your application, you may be requested to submit new certificates.

In my case, i have a police clearance valid for 1 year. Exp on AUg 2015.
If in GOds will of me receiving PCC request, lets say by January 2015, should i again get a new one? since in the website, police clearance should not be more than 3 mos before you apply. What should we follow? Checklist or website?

Yes, it is true. You will get 11 points for your 3 years experience in NOC 0013 as you are providing detail reference letter that match with NOC's roles.

so in this case, if I'm applying for NOC 0013 only, how many points should I get for the work experience? Also, my point is that, in this case they won't give any points for other work experience since it is not match with the NOC I apply for, is this true?

I f someone send with the file a bank certificate as a proof of fund, is it possible to get update request from VO that require 3 or 6 month detailed bank statement.
and if the candidate fail to provide this statement could it lead to reject his application ?

Studies and noc relation is not mandatory

For both cases, the answer is yes. If VO suspects that the money you have shown in the certificate is not your and borrowed, they will ask for 3 to 6 months' statement.

Invariably, if you are unable to provide, it will definitely lead to rejection unless you can provide any valid reason why you can't provide that.
