I am self employed under 1123. I am in habit of taking reference letters from my clients when I finish their work. Like I had a client for whom I worked for two years till june 2012 and took a reference letter from him. I have sent it ti cic.
My query : should reference letter be in current date ?

What happened with ur app. I saw in the SS u were a May applicant.. for 0113 NOC. I m also a 0113 applicant....

Check the NOC duties. NOC 0113 duties include management functions. Ensure your reference letter includes these duties too.

if u r indian applicant applying from india, then It will take one month avg time to get passport request and then 2 to 3 weeks to get pr visa stamped. after that u have to board an A380 and fly!

No its not mandatory to have it in current date.

1- After paying the RPRF, do i have to send an email with the payment receipt attached or do i have to send a hardcopy by normal mail? (my visa office is London)

2.a- Currently my kids last name in their passports is not matching my last name in my passport but in their birth certificates my name in full including my last name. Now the question is what if I changed my kids passport in order to let their last name matches my last name, will this make a problem in my application? (note i already received my kids UCI number and the request to do their medical)

2.b- If i do not change my kids last name in their passports right now, will it be possible to change it on the Canadian official documents (sin card, PR card, citizinship, etc..) after landing?

I need your urgent suggestion plzzzzz.
I am going to apply for NOC "Industrial Instrumentation & Technician"
As i am working in same occupation.

Now question is
My Master's in Arts is from "Recognized Institute" but My "Diploma in Instrumentation & Technology" from Non recognized institute as per Education Credential Assessment.

But Assessment showing Canadian equivalency is Bachelors 4 years from recognized institute.

My NOC education is from Non Recognized. Will it create any problem?

brother its a common mistake that some of us read all the instructions but do not follow them. where did u find or read to send a copy of eca? no where ofcourse, so why did u send it instead of original?

now u can do is to send the original one with a cover letter explaining them the situation with a nice acceptable reason. hopefully it will create no problems but its really hard for them to trace ur docs to ur file without uci or any other reference number if u r 1st time applicant. it can cause rejection also.

Thanks brother, I'm a first time applicant. My fault is I was too excited to submit my application, I was focused on the word copies on the checklist anyway I will try my best to contact them..

1. Check again if your NOC is one of the 50 eligible occupations for this year

2. If WES report says Bachelors 4 years , then it will fetch you 21 points. No problem.
