while filling up Background Declaration form , it is not possible to write whole name of my city and country in the form as it doesn't allow that. what to do ?
in Q no 12 : address , it is not possible to write full address details there.

is it possible to fill up some part of a form by hand ???

But who will be the signing authority?

If your manager name is not there, it's acceptable, but the letter has to be signed by some authorized person, like your HR or Personnel Department. The letter should be on the company letter head and with signatures and company stamp.

Actually my second question was , In one of my experience letter, the manager name and details is not mentioned. But all other details such as work hours, salary,duties etc are there.. So will this be OK?

Fearing the same issue, I contacted them numerous times to approve the transaction equaling XX Canadian amount

I called my CC provided every month to confirm anytime soon the payment would come and to allow it

That was probably the first attempt. CIC will try twice again within another couple weeks. Contact Amex immediately and ask them to allow the charge. Sometimes, the charge will go ahead as soon as the bank removes the hold.

One strange thing is that AMEX confirmed that the charge was attempted at 8:56 PM Central Time, which would be around mid night in Nova Scotia. I am guessing this will be an automated process.

Hi friends...

Now some of our friends have received MR and PP requests, let me know if anyone has sent Police certificates that are more than 3 months old.

I received PCC from USA on July 7th and 3 months time period ends on October 7th. I am May 12th applicant got my PER, still waiting to receive MR and PCC request from CPC-O. Does CPC-O accept PCC issued older than 3 months?

Many applicants have been through this and confirmed 3 attempts by CIC

Correct me if I am wrong but PCCs are valid for 6 months.

PCC are usually valid for 1 year. But it has to be issued within 3 months in the past when CIC receives it. The VO might make exception to this.

Bad news for Police Clearance seekers from USA...If anyone is planning to get PCC from US and his/her CC/DD is charged then start the process right away...

Also pray for me... I sent my form for PCC and it was delivered to WV office on 26 August... And Today my CC got charged for the fees for PCC.. Hope I will get it by end of this month...

As per my understanding, he didn't fill the 5406 form for the spouse, which is mandatory.

JD was not an issue, even the officer has put a check mark under the 'Additional Family Information...' point.

I got PER thru postal service, in that letter they mentioned i paid fees CAD 550 but my DD was of CAD 1100.
How to contact CIC to clear this query?

Confused, need your experts answer...

I am working full time in Canada in IT company. Applying for FSW since I didn't completed 1 yr in Canada to apply under Canadian experience class.

So, for FSW application - Do I need to show settlements proof? For me NOC code CAP is applicable?

My immigration specialist asking me to submit proof that I have enough money to support and I should be applying to the NOC code as CAP is reached to it's end already.

I am confused here.. Please suggest!

CIC has not rejected after CC/DD charged (hardly 1 out of many / rare)
So you just got ur DD charged 2 days back, In general it takes around a week, for getting PER email
BUT its now OBVIOUS for you, that your inbox will have MAGICAL EMAIL...

So just say ABRA KA DABRA and here u go....
