Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
ü Call at – 0016139444000
ü Select 1 for English
ü Then 1 for foreign affair
ü 1 for immigration
ü Call is being transferred to CIC
ü Then 1 for English
ü 2 for status
ü 1 for PR
ü When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
ü Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

Bad news for Police Clearance seekers from USA...If anyone is planning to get PCC from US and his/her CC/DD is charged then start the process right away...

Also pray for me... I sent my form for PCC and it was delivered to WV office on 26 August... And Today my CC got charged for the fees for PCC.. Hope I will get it by end of this month...

Shouldn't be an issue, i called them from Delhi via my vodafone mobile and was able to get through. you sure you dialed the number starting 001 as is.. but mind me, there is a longgggggggggg wait time on the call, i had to keep my call up for 50mins before a human appeared

isnt there an extension of police verification that goes through police department to FBI. I think that takes less time as they have different timelines for these cases.

I provided email id, but don't know why they posted letter instead of email. well letter is received in india at my parents house so don't know weather its registered or normal post..

but my main concern is they said they received 550 CAD but my DD was of 1100 CAD.. what should i do now?

You need to check with bank. Did you send 2 DD of 550? Also check the per mail properly.

This is the mail from WES that they have completed your Education credential report and it is now on the way to reach you. you can chheck the tracking number from WES site.

Have you even applied to CIC? Since your ECA report is pending.
