i'm not 100% sure if you need to send a copy of the arabic birth certificate too but as the english one is translated in the governement so a copy of it in my opinion is enough

We have a case REJECTION in SS, where copy of original Non-English document not sent , only copy of translation sent and file returned.

Check : - SS Entry 2565 - aj215 2232 New Delhi - "Fee form not signed/ Original BC copy not sent, only notarized translation sent"
and SS Entry 2564 nilesh.kamani 2174 CPC-Ottawa - " Missing documents. Probably BC related."

Did you sent the original version " which is in Arabic" ?????
If not then it will be a problem, they need copy of Translation and Copy of original Arabic version.

Dude.. also required is a notarized translation for this type of documents.

Honestly, noone here will be able to provide you with the exact answer since your case is unique. Unless we see someone who successfully passed with exactly your situation noone can know for sure. If you still have a chance to get your package back then you should do so. Or you would be worrying about it for months to come.

My application received date is 20th may, NOC 2132 and mode of payment is DD. But till Saturday 06.09.2014 my DD was not encashed and even my consultant is not providing any information regarding the application status.

I am planning to recheck the DD status again on Saturday 13.09.2014 with the Bank.

is there any thing to be worried about, with DD not encashed till now?

Prabh2132, you can refer the spreadsheet below in my signature, to check the details of others in your same NOC and same date of application received. If you see many are waiting for CC/DD to be charged. SO don't worry, its just a little wait longer.

These cases are not the same though. The first one has at least two issues and the second one isn't clear on what exactly the issue was.

that maybe cause the translation was not by the governement and was done outside so you have to send the original translation plus the copy of the one in original language, but i think in his case the english document is original from the governement so a copy of it is enough

My documents arrived at WES yesterday received by Mr. Maple(Ironic) anyways the status still says waiting for documents what should I do, I sent them photocopies of my degree and marksheets and also a sealed attested envelope of from my university.

You have to wait. They take approximately 20 to 30 days to the entire process. Meanwhile use the time to prepare your app package. Good Luck.

Do we need to send old passport copies even though it is expired in 2011?

I have an expired Australia Visa on it. However, latest passport has reference to old passport.
