Not mandatory. I have done for all docs though.

Do we need to send old passport copies even though it is expired in 2011?

I have an expired Australia Visa on it. However, latest passport has reference to old passport.

Hi all, can any of the succesfull applicants confirm if a certified copy of all passports is needed or if a regular photocopy is acceptable? According to my account, this would be the last piece of info i need to submit my package and would like to be sure it is not returned!!

Dear All,

My application received date is 20th may, NOC 2132 and mode of payment is DD. But till Saturday 06.09.2014 my DD was not encashed and even my consultant is not providing any information regarding the application status.

I am planning to recheck the DD status again on Saturday 13.09.2014 with the Bank.

is there any thing to be worried about, with DD not encashed till now?

Nothing to worry yet. Wait for another 15-20 days and then write to CIC,.

ahsan99, you have a good chance buddy. I suggest prepare your package and send it asap.
Also go through the spread sheet, the data there will give you some stats which could help you make the decision. By no harm in trying right? If you dont fall in the cap (worse case) then your fund is returned back and you can use your IELTS and ECA report for express entry submission next year. Good Luck with your app.

I have a question related to recent conversation.

My BC is in both languages HINDI/ ENGLISH so that will be good enough.

My Wife BC is translated by the co-operation authorities only and they marked it as translated to english and signed the BC.

Now i have just sent my Wife BC notarized copy, is that enough?

Or there is an issue ?

No need for certified copies. Regular copies are fine.
