My application received date is 20th may, NOC 2132 and mode of payment is DD. But till Saturday 06.09.2014 my DD was not encashed and even my consultant is not providing any information regarding the application status.

I am planning to recheck the DD status again on Saturday 13.09.2014 with the Bank.

is there any thing to be worried about, with DD not encashed till now?

Still time has not gone u may get charged... Which Bank DD was it? is it an Indian Bank? If is were u sure the valadity of it was 6 months and not 3 months?....

Congratulations for the AOR. Did you get it via email or by post? What date did you receive the PER? SGVO is also my visa office. They're quite notorious about processing time and it's got me worried and anxious when I see other VOs move so fast while SGVO moves like a snail. Just want to know the timelines. Your answers are very much appreciated.

Why do you need to sent it? Not required. I did not send expired passport copy.

Only copy of the current valid one is required.

I seem to be in a bit of trouble ... My CC company just called me and confirmed that they have canceled my CC number because of some breach in their ass ... And that is the same CC that I had provided to CIC. Is there any way that I can provide a new CC info to CIC?

My birth and marriage certificates have been translated by certified translator signed and then certified by the ministry of justice that this is a true translation can this been considered as affidavit or am I in danger?

Let me correct myself, it is not the translated version just another BC where names are written in english rather than punjabi ( state langauge) and whole form is same which is stamped by the same authority. So i think it should be good. Thanks !

If it says it's translated, then it is translated and should accompany the untranslated one. If that's not what you mean then I am really not understanding what you are asking.

Q12) Addresses: I have lived in my home country-Pakistan and now I am in Oman.
So, I just have to write these two places here CORRECT?
