Dear Seniors,

Please advise, "I have missed to fill my wife father date of birth" is this serious enough for file rejection?

Don't worry brother. We both bangladeshi brothers will land together on a same plane :P :P :P

Sometimes they are requested for updated form on local VO stage.....

So just wait and seee!!

Hi Jammy,

Did you call FBI center to inquire about the status of your application. Also,in case we are unable to submit the FBI clearance on time, won't visa office consider our request so that we could submit the same later.
I am really worried man because even I don't have any update on the same. My application was received on 27th Aug.

I hope we sail through this hurdle smoothly :(

Oh. Bad. I didn't send them along with my application. Will it lead to rejection? I am worried :'(

No u don't need old passport since the no. Must have had been on your new passport so it's absolutely fine

Thanks for the Reply,

I did update the SS immediately. As you mentioned that's the plan , I have the images of the checks deposited by the employer in our accounts which I'll print and attach a letter explaining the same that the amounts have been deposited by the employer.

Also to be safe, I'll send the current months statement and the employer checks deposited even last month.

Thanks,
Ezapa

hello,
I know its a bit late, but I am planning to apply under NOC 0112 and should be able to send my file to CIC by 30th Sep'14. What are the chances that the application will go through ?

Dear Seniors,

I would like to restate my case in which my agent advised me to include a notarized form of Declaration From Non-accompanying Parents For Minor Immigrating To Canada which I did but with hesitation, where in fact it is only me who intended to apply for permanent residency. I even wrote only $550 pertaining to the principal applicant in the Fee Payment Form. Moreover, looking back at the Generic Form, I disclosed my dependant but ticked the box that she's not accompanying me and wrote the reason why she's not accompanying.

Will it still cause confusion with CIC as to the number of applicant? Or will the data provided in the Generic Form and Fee Payment Form be enough for them to conclude that it is only me who is intending to apply regardless of the inclusion of the Declaration Form in the package?

Do I still need to send additional cover letter to CIC to concretely state that it is only me who's applying.

Really need your advice guys. Thank you very much.

That is how CIC determines how many people are accompanying you to Canada. So, my opinion is that CIC will not be confused and you will be fine. Don't worry about it.

As proof of funds, I have attached all the latest months statements which mentions the Balance as on date which is equal to the amount required.

I didn't send any 6 months statement.

But you said "My Wife BC is translated by the co-operation authorities only and they marked it as translated to english and signed the BC.

Now i have just sent my Wife BC notarized copy, is that enough?

Or there is an issue ?"

If it says it's translated, then it is translated and should accompany the untranslated one. If that's not what you mean then I am really not understanding what you are asking.

I understand what you mean. But let me explain the whole situation.

My Spouse Birth Certificate is written in punjabi/english ( Blue form) in which her details were written in punjabi language.
Then there is another Birth certificate which is written in hindi/english ( blue form) In which details are written in english. In this form it is stamped at the top "Translated to english" but it is original official copy given by authorities itself and signed by the designated officer and this is the one i send with the file.

PS: (blue form ) - this is the original form on which they give the bc not any translated computer sheet or paper - just want to clarify.

I understand this is confusing but i think i can not do much and wait for results.
