Honestly, I don't think it's a good reason. It contradicts the no-objection letter. What you should tell them is why you don't want to include your daughter in the application NOW even though you have a no-objection given from her mother. This reason could be something like " you want your daughter to complete upto a certain grade of education in your home country before bringing her to Canada."
