the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.




the original was in arabic while i send a translated copy only without the arbaic version?

My documents arrived at WES yesterday received by Mr. Maple(Ironic) anyways the status still says waiting for documents what should I do, I sent them photocopies of my degree and marksheets and also a sealed attested envelope of from my university.

i'm not 100% sure if you need to send a copy of the arabic birth certificate too but as the english one is translated in the governement so a copy of it in my opinion is enough

That means the reference letter is not compulsory from all the employer unless and until the point is not an issue. Is that correct? Sorry I am being bit overcautious.

Yes, you can send remaining documents like, appointment letter, reliving letter , salary slips, etc... but if ' reference letter ' not sent they will not give you points...only that is the impact.

You will get points only for that period of work experience for which you sent Reference letter,
but they will consider your full experience for total within last 10 years.

i need your uregnt support. i did a silly mistake while submitting the application

for my birth certificate i have an english version which has been issued my ministry of health and population. however, it's written in the footer that it's a certfied true copy for the arabic version.

the problem that i sent a photocopy of this certificate and i didn't send the orginal one.

could you please advise wethere this will be accepted?

In my experience its pretty easy to get PCC through PSKs in my place Kerala. It will take only a day once we file the online application and they charge a fee of Rs 500
provided our records are clean and no police verification is pending in our passports
Where as to get a PCC from the SP/Commissioner we should submit documents such as Nativity certificate, SSLC Certificate, Photos, id proof and even a PCC from the local police station

Well if you already know the best process for your state, go for PSK Good Luck..

I did not receive any mail from CIC. Is this good news? What will be next step??

Hi saifuh3, enlist yourself in the forum spreadsheet using the entry link below in my signature. This spreadsheet will help you to understand time taken by apps from CC to PER to MR.
