Below is my application status for 2174.

CIC received - 6th May
Payment confirmation email - 26th June
request for medical - 4th September.

I have completed my medical and i have sent all the requested police certificates to New Delhi immigration office. Does anyone know whats the next step and the approximate timelines for the same?

as it is translations to the arabic version which is didnt send??

that is in the case you are translating the national ID or the military service document or the police certificate, that are not translated by the governement so you need to send the original of the translation but as this and the marriage certificate are translated in the designated ministries so you should only send the copy. clear ya prince

Application Received: 22nd May,

CC charged : 5th September.

I did not receive any mail from CIC. Is this good news? What will be next step??

Hi Guys,

I need an expert opinion. My application reached CIC on May 30, but was returned yesterday. Reason: because I did not include copies of my degree certificate to my application only sent in my WES conversion document. My questions

1. Can i include the copies and mail back, or i need to print out new forms again. A UCI number was written on the returned forms with some checks on top

2. I recently moved to a new country (2 months ago)..can i use the new country's visa office (as the immigration guide says must reside for at least 1yr)

3. My occupation is not one of the hot ones, currently just 10 accepted..does that mean i now become a september applicant or when i send back will be reviewed as a May 30 applicant.

1. You have to send a fresh and new application. Updated and latest Forms need to be used with updated fund.
2. If the visa permit is more than 1 year and you have landed there, you can select that country's visa office.
3. You new application will be put into queue again from the start.

i need your uregnt support. i did a silly mistake while submitting the application

for my birth certificate i have an english version which has been issued my ministry of health and population. however, it's written in the footer that it's a certfied true copy for the arabic version.

the problem that i sent a photocopy of this certificate and i didn't send the orginal one.

could you please advise wethere this will be accepted?

You will only get points for the work experience under company's for which you will submit the reference letter.

That means the reference letter is not compulsory from all the employer unless and until the point is not an issue. Is that correct? Sorry I am being bit overcautious.

My application received date is 20th may, NOC 2132 and mode of payment is DD. But till Saturday 06.09.2014 my DD was not encashed and even my consultant is not providing any information regarding the application status.

I am planning to recheck the DD status again on Saturday 13.09.2014 with the Bank.

is there any thing to be worried about, with DD not encashed till now?

i'm not 100% sure if you need to send a copy of the arabic birth certificate too but as the english one is translated in the governement so a copy of it in my opinion is enough

this is translated in the designated ministries(ministry of health and population) so do i still need to send the arabic version?
