2. New experience letter with 60-70% matching but on a plain a4 sheet signed by my supervisor. [Reference letter should be on Company letter head]

just got my PER

---- 7th May applicant. DD encashed on 19 June 2014 as per the PER email. ----

What is strange in my case is that my bank told me the DD was encashed a lot later, on 25th of July.

I will update the sheet shortly..

I checked with my bank and DD is not encashed.. I am really tensed its my 3rd attempt any one please suggest my timeline is 12 may 12:38 by mike and DD is from HDFC India..any idea how long it will take and any one got DD encashed with same timeline..please reply

Hello everyone.
I am a 8th may 2132 applicant, i had sent a mail on 23rd june requesting to know the status of mail, below is the mail:
(I had initially attached normal passport size photos and after realizing my error i had resent proper visa photos.
Following is the reply i received today:
Good Afternoon:

New Photos were received and attached to your file.

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 3 July 2014. It was deemed incomplete. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. Applications are not sent via courier.

I am preparing another application right now & don't want the same mistakes to occur this time.
The problem area according to me in the first application were:
1. Birth certificate without my name (It had required copies, translation & affidavit)
2. Reference letter with only 20-30% matching with NOC description.

Which of the above points would have caused my application to be deemed incomplete.

To address the above points, i have done:

Any of the two is good enough to be concluded as incomplete. Nithyaindia, 12th May applicant, received his package. You may consider waiting one more week if there is other reason.

Add a cover letter why Letter Head cannot be attained.

Don't loose ur hope ur very much in the game bro...

Also if its the third time then u will have uci already and u can check ecas.. so do that and check ur status is in process and says we have received ur app on 12th may 2014

I am sure most of you have answered this a gazillion times but plz answer it one more time. If our application reaches canada and God forbid the Cap has been approached how soon will we be informed

Brother, it takes around 3 to 15 days to know whether a DD has been encashed even by bank. So, theoretically, you have to wait last CC charge date + 15 days.

For your case, it is Rayj (12thMay applicant- so far last person to report CC charge) CC charge date + 15days= 20th August. If any person report CC charge, the date will be shifted.

This time i have made a refrence letter on plain a4 sheet signed by my supervisor and also made a copy of it on a affidavit which is again signed by my supervisor, with his visiting card, copy of his company id card, affidavit explaining absence of letterhead, Company issued service letter on letterhead without all positions & all duties, promotion letters, payslips & income tax certs..

I have gone through copies of first application & havn't noticed any missing signs or anything just thhos two points.

You don't need to wait for them to be informed. You will know much more before if you keep tracking on spreadsheet. When you will find, a particular hot NOC is not being charged, you will know, CAP capped.
