Guys, I send my app on May 7 and I got PER on Aug 7, 2014. Now I received my police certificates [will expire on Feb 19, 2015] and got renewed passports for myself, wife and daughter. Should I communicate the same to LVO for their records........? awaiting for medicals till now..........

Pint, in your case, CIC london can not do any thing, you must try to get CIC, Nova Scotia to have any sort of update.

You also can get it from Aga Khan University Hospital (Community health centre-CHC) for Rs. 100/- per person within 15 minutes of time.
