Bro there is no certain rule for this at LVO it all depends on the visa officer who is dealing with the application. Some update the ECAS status when they start the processing some do it at later stage and if I remember correctly I read someone saying his 2 line never appeared even after his visa was issued

Ok thanks bro n truly said about LVO but they have made it delayed after PER may b i have submitted pcc with application except saudia bec i sent application after coming here i.e 9 july lets c if they ask pcc from here bec now i just finished almost 6 months here

Bro have u tried requesting GCMS notes just to check where ur application is ? Has they started processing and stuck somewhere in some sort of checks or its still in que to be reviewed by VO
I know click.trick, kafil, ash and god know how many others who are still stuck with no update from LVO after more then 4 months since they received PER

We can only pray for things to come out positive when ever it happens

This maybe a rather stupid question but I was just wondering about my PCC. I read somewhere that PCCs are valid for 1 year after issue date. I have PCC from Pakistan and one other country. The PCC from Pakistan states that its valid for 6 months only. The PCC from other country is valid for 1 year. Will CIC also accept the Pakistan PCC till 1 year or for only 6 months? Thanks

Don't worry about the PCC. If the VO is not happy with the PCC they will ask you to furnish one. They will also give you 30-60 days to get one.

I am July 3rd applicant and received PER on 28th October and waiting for second line on ECAS or MR/PCC request from LVO.
It's 90 days complete today but no update, I guess they have not started processing July applications yet but It may be possible they are processing them on back side and not updating at all. I am also confused whether to request GCMS or not. I am going to give this week and end of next week and if I don't here anything by 8th feb than I will apply for GCMS.

One of the above link has got form that u need to fill and by using second link u can apply for GCMS notes online and its going to cost u 5CAD but someone in Canada or Canadian national or PR holder needs to apply on ur behalf or u can do using there details

It appears LVO has closed their shop after sending MRs to jun/oct(per) applicants... From forum of LVO it appears that non of Jul/nov(per) applicant got MR/PCC

i sent my application end of september and received in canada on 1st october my NOC is 0113, purchase manager and payment method is CC But no news yet, i am much worried about it, plz help me what should i do?

Guys, I am May 7, 2014 applicant and got PER on Aug 7, its almost 6 months since PER and no second line or MR yet. However, I sent my updated docs for renewal of passport and police certificates on Nov 18, 2014 and the same had been updated by LVO on same day as stated in our GCMS notes.

Its really pathetic that VOs are not following first come basis, which affecting old apps. There should not be having priorities to particular NOCs where they already made eligible to all the NOCs for FSW or they should not open the files of Jun-July onward apps when they have a backlog of earlier apps for same FSW program nor they should not priorities over country of residence. Ppl saying more jobs switching or no. of travelling or no. of dependent delay the app, but specifically in my case all of three of them nothing volumetric info....

Any comment to cool down my nerves or wait with more patience. Kindly do not refer FSW 2013 apps......

Try to call CIC on +1613 944 4000 and then the options as 1111131. When ask about the file number put # and confirm. Then it will ask for date of birth. Then if you are lucky try to get the UCI number from the operator. if he/she denied then try your luck again. Meanwhile send CSE to CIC.
