Guys.. i want to know if someone is in the same boat with me, i am 28th May applicant, its around 96 days since i received PER, no news from LVO, i had sent an email, and they replied that my application is yet to be reviewed by an officer.
What could be the reason?? does this mean my application is untouched yet, or the background check is going on. i had sent PCC along with my app.
Any expert advice?

Well looking at ur situation we should sleep then:)i m july 9 applicant based at saudia.i came to saudia in june from pakistan and sent application from here.i recieved Per on 4 nov.i sent pcc with application now i dont know will they request again?
