It took 12 days for me in October and usually it is updated within 2 weeks

Received my PR card by Post on Monday 22/12/2014( though a bit delayed due to Christmas post)

Ecas now say COMPLETE

i m still waiting for pr card.

When I applied in June 2014, my stay in the US was around 14 months in the last ten years since I came back from the U.S. in August 2005 and never visited since. If LVO asks me about the US FBI police certificate later than February 2015, it would be less than six months that I would stayed in the US in the last ten years. Would I still need to submit the FBI certificate if they ask me later than February 2015? Plz guide. Thanks.

Ur application date counts not when they are going to ask
If u had stayed for over 6 months in any country in last 10 years at the time of application submission then u need to submit PCC from there

Assalaamualaykum Sheikh.....

Just curious to know what was the landing process like???
What all do we need to carry with us??? Originals or copies ??/
What are the mandatory things we need to get done once we landed ??/
Would it be alright to stay at relatives when landed and get PR card delivered at their address ??
Also do I have to be there to receive my PR Card or could I leave once the landing process it over and stayed there for a month of so ???

Appreciate if you could share your experience.

This is not the case. They have a leave rotation plan , and move accordingly

Hi!

The permanent address mentioned on my passport has changed but not been updated in the passport. My question is, will this create any problem in me getting the PCC?

Secondly, will this PCC be acceptable to LVO?

If an address change is required I will have to initiate the formalities immediately. I live in the UAE and will apply the PCC thru' CGI in Dubai.

The PER was received by me on 19-Dec-2014 and counting the days for MR.
