---- 7th May applicant. DD encashed on 19 June 2014 as per the PER email. ----

What is strange in my case is that my bank told me the DD was encashed a lot later, on 25th of July.

I will update the sheet shortly..

Hi Ammani:

Currently the spreadsheet is purely ordered in accordance to latest activities by CIO. For example, when you will get AOR, you will be top on the list of AOR; after two minutes, if K_B claims receiving AOR, he will be in the top of AOR list. It was also received vetting from the forumites of this order.

You can get your desired result if you click Data -->Filter Views --> Sort by Application Status, NOC and Received Date and time.

CIO charged CC / DD on 25 June for app sent on 7 May, now they're charging apps received on 13th! In nearly a month and half, all they've moved is only one week, super slow crawling by CIO.

It's taken CIO nearly three months to 9 days of apps, if they go any slower they get in the Guinness book of records for the slowest processing office in the world!

Hello everyone.
I am a 8th may 2132 applicant, i had sent a mail on 23rd june requesting to know the status of mail, below is the mail:
(I had initially attached normal passport size photos and after realizing my error i had resent proper visa photos.
Following is the reply i received today:
Good Afternoon:

New Photos were received and attached to your file.

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 3 July 2014. It was deemed incomplete. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. Applications are not sent via courier.

I am preparing another application right now & don't want the same mistakes to occur this time.
The problem area according to me in the first application were:
1. Birth certificate without my name (It had required copies, translation & affidavit)
2. Reference letter with only 20-30% matching with NOC description.

Which of the above points would have caused my application to be deemed incomplete.

To address the above points, i have done:
1. Same birth certificate set with 10th marksheet which has all required info
2. New experience letter with 60-70% matching but on a plain a4 sheet signed by my supervisor.

Need your help urgently as i am almost ready to send my 2nd application.

If you save the Edit Response Link, you just click it, you will find form with earlier filled data. You just give entry of new data and click submit. Done and updated.

Alternatively, if you have not saved the link, you can resubmit. Your old entry will be removed automatically.

2. After successful entry into the form, you will be redirected to a page. Please click on the "Edit your response"

3. Now you will redirected to another page, where you will find all your current entry in a from. For change or add entry in future either bookmark the page or copy and save the address from the address bar.

4. If you have your edit link, just open it and update your informationIf you forgot to save "Edit your response" link, please resubmit and save it for future update. You old duplicate entry will be removed.
