for the first point I will suggest there is no harm in attaching an Affidavit ,as one should not leave anything to CIC people interpretation. also getting an affidavit is not that big issue.
for 2 & 3 point leave it blank. don't write anything
for fourth point, there are no changes in schedule 3 and in general form I don't see any thing either. I will suggest as you are still to send in ur app, just download the new one and fill it .
Reason is CIC people make some changes to the form but forget to change the last change date next to doc list in application package

Note: CIC will update your ECAS to show that your Eligibility Review at CIO is complete. The status will be “Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) ELIGIBILITY REVIEW COMPLETE”

Its not the case. The ECAS remains the same as in step 3 after this step.

Do you have UCI? if not then wait for CC charge notification. Thats the only way..

Hi, Just a quick point here.

Try and follow the forum to see what date is under processing .. as of now it is only 12 May.

So considering that 1st August is still a long wait away. I suggest you check back in about a month or two at minimum.

Remember CIC does no updates on ECAS until you are charged. Once charged you will see an update if you have a previous UCI. Otherwise wait for the PER

HI All, I am a new entrant into this forum.. am 12th May2014 applicant under FSW.
I send my fees through DD which was drawn from INDUSIND bank. however it was mentioned on the dd that it was valid for up to three months from the date of issue.I have following queries:
1.Do CIC segregate the applications vis a vis DD & Credit Card payment options??
2. As CIC has recently started processing 12th May applications, i am in a fix as my DD was valid till 30th july 2014.
3. Do CIC prioritize applications with DD as fees? process them first !!!
how can one ascertain whether the said DD was encashed or not ? tried with the bank as well but awaiting their revert..

I also have similar questions sir, My application should be received by tomorrow to CIO Sydney.

My primary NOC code is 1113, how to check the status

What is the UCI number? how do you get it

Can we check some status online about the application?

Can CC charge be the ONLY way to find out about your application?

Lets assume the CC is charged on X day, then can we see some status online somewhere on that X day?
