So I called CIC again hoping to get an agent actually willing to help. She immediately opened up my file after I gave her my landing date. Informed me that the card was mailed out on 24th of August.

So I called CIC and the agent pulled another answer from thin air. Sir the current processing time is 80 Days and since your are May 25th, we add 4 weeks to that so it should be mid September. CIC agents are behaving in a random manner and always giving confusing information.
