I would me more than happy if what you say is true but sir it is difficult to digest when they are specifically mentioning a date on their website for the applications...and there they are not updating anything till 12th sept...it calls for a worry for me 1113 CODE pls help me :( :( :( :( :(...

but Sir we have people in this forum who have got PER in the code 1113, it was as old as on 21st august one of the members have updated he got is PER. It is not possible that CEC is just not getting any applications in this code...OR they are not updating the SS in this code.. not sure why!!
