For peace of mind, liquidate it and convert it into Fixed deposit which will be owned by you 100%.

How do i come to know my rejection reason, through email or when the application returns.

If a file is rejected, it is send through snail mail (government post). Depend to your location, it takes around 1 weeks to 3 months.

My experience pertains to two different NOCs, however I will be mentioning only one NOC as primary NOC in 12 a of Form Schedule 3 and will list down experience for both the NOCs in 12 b. I hope this would be fine.

Further to my query.... As per the application guide:

"You must have at least one year of continuous full-time, paid work experience (or the equivalent in continuous part-time work) in the primary occupation you specify in your application.
In order to receive points for all of the jobs you have had over the past ten years, your work experience must be in one or more occupations listed in Skill Type 0, Skill Level A or B of NOC 2011. Follow the Determining your NOC category instructions above to find the NOC 2011 category that matches your skilled work experience over the past ten years."

Does that mean I can get points for my other work experience, which is a valid NOC category...but not my primary NOC occupation and not appearing in the list of occupation for which applications are invited on May 1, 2014.

Ecas status is process since 8/6/14. But no email. Checking every day in all folders

I haven't received PER yet . I have my UCI from last year, when I check online it says in process (We received your application for permanent residence on May 5, 2014)
I don't know how long we have to wait!!!!! do you know if there is anyway to check with them.

Send email to cic by next weekend asking file status. Next week is the 10 th week after submission. In email mention UCI, NAME, DOB, EMAIL ID, NATIONALITY.

I have modified my comments. Added the line: Better alternative. Give joint application to bank to transfer the whole ownership to your name.

Yes, you are right but I always comfortable with the term Fixed Deposit; most probably, Monthly Deposit Scheme is also term deposit. There could be many types of term deposit. I know, you worked in MNC Bank, and know very much better than me.

Just 1 confirmation from you, that there is only 1 box in Schedule 3 form section 12.A where we can mentione the NOC but after that box i put another NoC as '/2174' by pen. Still it be considered for rejection as the primary NOC is still there as 2172 ?

and rest in section 12 b, i declared the NOC as per my experience.

and last, since i havent' received any intimation yet neither for DD and PER, what are the chances left for me ?
and in this case will the CIC return my DD ?

Dear Asif bhai and Mr. Century experts

I just got my IELTS result it is ok ( 6 each ) , ECA done earlier . mostly all papers ready . hope will apply by next week NOC 2281 . Pls. help me to advise about all forms links ( latest ). Can reach CAP if file reached by 20th July ?

Good. Your ECA done earlier. So make sure its online accesable by cic.
