Sorry brother, its totally different from what u said, there are lots of options to select, after pressing 1 atleast 7 times i as asked to enter UCI number then i hold the call till agent comes to phone but she again refused to give me UCI number , i dont know wht to do now ?

Can anybody let me know while calling CIC at this number(16139444000), what options we need to select as it the tape asks for so many things to select. By the way i always select 1 and once the call goes to agent he/she always reply thatwe can't help you with UCI number as you need to touchbase...

Same here, i also called CIC twice yesterday, everytime they said they can't provide the UCI number, you need to contact the immigration office through email. I don't understand this hell why they provided the customer care number .

It's strange, one person got his application back due to 2174 cap filled on 16th Jun and here 30th Jun person getting charged. A Big Confusion ... I dont understand How CIC works...

Bro, its sure shot that you won't come in 2173 cap, even by that time 2174 will also filled. You should start preparing another file and send it immediately asap before 2172 also gets filled.

Thanks for your reply but still i am not clear what to write in Occupation column. Job responsibilities can't be added in this form, it needs to be there in separate sheet. but the only question is - What to write in Occupation column, whether it is desgnation of your job or the occupation...
